Nosebleed at the end of pregnancy??

So I'm 40 weeks and 4 days and I know that nosebleeds are possible and most of the time common in pregnancy. But, my nose just bled for the first time today and it kind of scared me. I haven't had nose bleeds this entire pregnancy... Has this happened to anyone before?
