Implementation bleeding?

Soo I had sex with my partner on the 31st of March. Which happened to be my highest day of ovulation 33% chance. And lastnight i had some spotting was very bright red but was only there when i wiped. I woke up this morning and this time when i wiped it was a very brown color. It seems to only be there when i wipe. Today is exactly 1 week before my period starts but 9 days after the sex happened. Is it possible this is implantation bleeding?? Should i just take a test to day to see if im prego or should i wait to see if my period starts. My boobs are also tender and i have been very nausous and have a change in appetite. This is kinda what happened on my last two pregnancies but the bleeding is new. Please help
