Pineapple 🍍 Core During Ovulation?

So Ive seen talk on here about eating the core of a pineapple during ovulation. Just curious how to go about it? I read an article online which said to cut it into wedges including the core and to only eat about 2 wedges a day during ovulation. Do y'all eat the core or do y'all use this method? TIA 💕

I cut mine into 5 chunks (core included). Ate 1 a day for 5 days starting at 2 dpo - 6 dpo. 7w1d today :) Good Luck

I cut the whole pineapple (including core) into 5 even slices juiced the core and pineapple into a smoothie during prime implantation days (5-10dpo) and ended up pregnant. I cant speak to its efficiency though, it was my first one month trying it... But only my second month ttc.
