Super early period

I used to get my period very irregularly, but roughly a year and a half ago it evened out and has been consistent. Around Christmas my boyfriend and I started having sex, and my periods didn't change at all. Last weekend we were kinda messing around (he had his fingers in me) and I started bleeding, even though he wasn't being rough at all. He thought it was my period, but at that time my fertile window hadn't even started. Last night we had sex, and once again I was bleeding. It didn't hurt, I wasn't uncomfortable, everything was properly lubed and gently stretched. I figured it would stop within an hour or so, but I continued bleeding all night and I'm still bleeding now. Similar to my period flow. The only thing is, I last had my period two and a half weeks ago, my next one isn't due for almost 12 days. Any ideas what happened? I'm getting kinda nervous.
