Clomid takers? Success rates?

I have other kids and they've all been conceived fairly quickly. My youngest is now three and after a year of trying we finally got pregnant in December 16 and had a spontaneous MC in December at 12weeks. My doc saying I was more fertile after a miscarriage said we should wait a bit to see what happens because he tested my progesterone twice in the past yr and a half and found me to be ovulating. Needless to say March came around with no success so this past cycle he had me start on clomid 50mg for cycle days 5-9. I am now on cycle day 28 and all my apps are telling me to test. I stopped symptom spotting a while ago since all my symptoms from the past that led to positives led to mean nothing these past yr and half. I have no symptoms now other than a cold sore and bloatedness. Plus in the past when my app told me to test I'd end up getting my period a few days later..

Can I be hopeful with clomid this time? I'm really trying to hold out to test
