Birth control and baby?

I think I got my bfp yet to confirm but I've just started birth control 3 days ago.  Could this of hurt or killed my baby ? I was ttc but room the pill to take a break. I'm really scared. Was having symptoms before I started didn't think any of it since I'm irregular

Birth control works in two ways: by preventing ovulation and also by thinning the walls of your uterus to avoid implantation. If you were already pregnant and started birth control it had already implanted. It might have weakened your baby, but he/she should still be okay. Especially since it was only a few days. You should definitely visit a clinic to verify pregnancy and see how far along you are.
