Help: Back Labor?

Question

I've been having a dull ache in my lower back and hips that has increased throughout the day to become uncomfortable and slightly painful. It's not constant and honestly reminds me of when I had a kidney infection and small stones a few years ago. It lasts 2 to 5 minutes at a time sporadically throughout the day. My urine is clear and I drink a gallon of fluid every day and have no signs of infection. Is this back labor? Has anyone else had similar symptoms? Can you describe what your back labor was like?

Two things
1. I had a kidney infection that was causing me to go into labor early and I didn't know I had one because I had no signs except the back labor pains! I went into labor and delivery and they gave me meds for the infection and the labor stopped. 
2. I did go on to have a back labor A month later (actual due date) and boy it was painful 😭 my back labor progressed very slowly. The first day it would come and go through the day but it wasn't super painful. Just uncomfortable. By the second day it was getting more painful and late that night it was unbearable back pains to where I couldn't even talk! I went into the hospital when it became unbearable!
