Baby throwing up

My baby suddenly woke up in the middle of her sleep and has been throwing up. .  We've noticed she threw up the oranges that she ate during dinner time.  We were thinking she just had indigestion, she threw up 3 times with the oranges. After that, i tried to feed her coz she's beem asking for my boob and a little later she threw up again but this time its just a sticky saliva. So I asked my cousin who is a nurse and told me not to give her something yet and let her stomach to recover.  But even if I did not give her something her something in any minute she throws up some saliva. 

On a good side she's not cranky or even crying and thank God no signs of fever also.  😔😭😕

UPDATE: Finally she's a bit okay now, we we're told by the nurse (from 24/7 nurse assistance) to do liquid therapy (water,pedialite or chicken noodle soup fpr her meal and no dairy products that include my breastmilk ) 2 teaspoon every 15-20mins and if she doesn't throw up within 4hrs we can gradually increase it. So far she hasn't since she woke up this morning and i hope this will be over soon. Literally no sleep mama here and worried , glad hubby has his day off yesterday and today. 😞
