Back acne!

I have had horrible back acne since I was 13 (almost 19 now) and I feel like I've tried every cream and wash that there is! I've even been to the dermatologist and they prescribed me cream and pills to take but it didn't ever work at all. I'm so embarrassed of it I can't even wear a tank top or bathing suit or anything that shows my shoulders/back.. please if anyone knows what I'm going through try to give me advice or anything that could help.
