Do I even bother?

So I have a somewhat erratic work schedule - being a resident, my schedule changes about every 4 weeks (sometimes every 2 weeks). For example, for the next few weeks, I will he at work at 5-5:30am. After that, I will be at work around 7-8am. Also, I work every other weekend on top of that, so every other weekend I like to sleep in. Should I even bother tracking my bbt since I do not wake up at consistent times?
