3 days late!!

So I am officially 3 days late. Along with 3 negative test. If I was pregnant, I would be about 2 weeks. My boyfriend mentioned that my boobs were heavier. I had VERY light spotting last week that lasted 4 hours, I am again spotting with pink. Alot of white discharge. I have been CRAVING sugar for the past week and can't get enough of it. (I'm not a sweet person) I kinda feel naeusous for the past day now, can barely eat but I'm starving. Peeing every 30 minutes. I have PCOS and heard that can cause negative tests until 8-10 weeks. Only thing that can confirm is an ultrasound. Should I wait about 3 days to see if AF comes?
