numbers and diet help
Hello I am 14 weeks and was told last week that my 3 hour came back high and I have gestational diabetes. My numbers were after 1 hour 207. 2 hour 191 and 3 hour 148. I was referred to an endocrine specialist however he is booked and said I should be seen within two weeks and sent me to a nurse practitioner however he is also booked so my appointment in a month out! I am of course scared and not sure what to do I want to eat healthy and exercise until my appointment for further instructions. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.
