How long is okay?

Before I give birth this week I'm going to speak to my inlaws (already spoke w/ my mom) to let them know that they can wait for baby to be born in the waiting room and come in the room to see her once she is born to carry her and all that good stuff but once a little while passes everyone must go home bc we want to adjust as new parents and we don't want an audience while learning how to breastfeed and we would like to do skin to skin and just be alone with our little bundle. How long is okay for them to stay around after they have met her?
