We had a 2D gender ultrasound at 14 weeks exactly! It was obvious what she is but I don't know how much earlier we could have done it.

I got mines through ultra sound 16w 3D and it was an old ass machine lol went to the er three days later n I just was hoping the machine was to old but the lady knew as well and the er machine was very new so I say 16/17 weeks

15 with a 3D one.  I did one at 14 weeks and couldn't tell.
