miscarriage
Hi. So I'm going through a miscarriage as I type this, I have cramps & im lying down, then I get a sharp pain and have to run to the toilet so the blood (or cloths or whatever) can come out. I'm scared to sleep, I'm uncomfortable & don't know what to do....advice needed please 🙍🏻
