Worried after sex

My boyfriend and I had sex on Saturday multiple times. Every time was with a condom and the condom had spermicide on it. He didn't cum during sex, only when I gave him a blow job afterwards. He peed before each round and we used a new condom each time.  Now, on Monday, I've been spotting blood all day. I'm a bit worried about what this means. The blood is mostly red with a bit of brown in it. Please help!!
