constipation so bad I used gloves to um yeah😳
Umm so I was so constipated but every time I stood up felt a turtle head! It wouldn't come out. I had a medical glove so used one finger to dig out my poop! I know this is gross and TMI, but has anyone else had to do this? I felt so much better after!
