Type 2 Diabetes and pregnancy

I need some support and advice on how to handle all of this. I was diagnosed as having type 2 about three years ago. My bs are not under control right now and I just found out I was pregnant. Went to my regular doc today and he put me on insulin for the pregnancy. But I have a hard enough time keeping my sugars under control not pregnant, got any advice that will help me get this beast under control now? Any meal plans? Or a good website for resources? I'm scared and I'm trying but it's HARD!
