Condoms flipped

Hi my boyfriend and I had sex last night. I was on the 4th day of my cycle and I'm slightly bleeding. We used a condom but when he put it on our third time he realized it was on the wrong side before rolling it down and flipped it on the other side. I panicked so he washed the tip that touched his peen and wiped it. It was dry when he put it in. But we stopped after few minutes(more like 5 minutes) cause I started to bleed again. Can I get pregnant if we used the condom the wrong way and I am on the 4th day of my cycle. By the way, my cycle is 30-34 days
