Ok so I'm 30 weeks pregnant & I cannot sleep!
I've been up every single night and going thru the day surviving on little to no sleep! And please don't tell me to "get use to it" cause I've heard that enough. But anyway is there anything that's safe to do to help you sleep better? I know I can't sleep on my back or belly obviously but I can't even sleep on my left or right side anymore with out waking up in the middle of the night in severe pain in my hips/legs! 😭
