Weight Loss While Pregnant?
I conceived when my son was 6 months old. I still hadn't lost baby weight yet. I have lost 10 lbs since I became pregnant 160 to 150. I'm 5ft 5in I would like to lose 5 lbs more. Of course I know I'll most likely gain it back through out the pregnancy, I'm just hoping to stay in a safe range of weight loss. I would like the benefits to my pregnancy and child of being at a healthier weight. I also wouldn't want to risk anything to be slimmer. Safe range? Opinions please😁
