I need some lady advice!!!

So i started my period a week ago or so i thought the( blood was only visible when i wiped) and there was no pain or cramps, now im the second week and am bleeding so heavily, i have struggled with irregularities for 3 years now (sometimes not having ot for months) and it is just now starting to go back to normal should i be concerned or is my cycle just trying to regulate?
