How do you just know!?

How do some women know when they become pregnant? They don't even have to take a test. But they do anyway to verify it to others?

I knew lol almost instantly that I was from conception lol I was nauseous and crying that I felt sick to my bf lol few weeks later I was pregnant 😂😂😂 that and Told a few people I was only as a joke a few days before I was pregnant now wala! I'll be 10 weeks Friday

I "just knew" b/c of how nauseous I was! The day I decided to take a test was b/c I had gone to dinner at red robin with my hubby and threw up in the parking lot when we were leaving! We went to a dollar tree that was in a shopping center behind the red robin and took it when we got home and it was a very positive result hahaha
