TSH Levels

Anyone have issues with TSH levels and TTC? This is my 2nd month trying, currently in the TWW. I'm 39, and have a 12 y/o. Since I got pregnant relatively easy the first time I thought it would be easy again. My TSH level is at a 3.8. I've never paid attention because I've never had thyroid issues. Anyone have experience? I hate the thought of going on medication so I'm looking for a more natural way of bringing it down. Thoughts?
