You can forgive and move past it. But honestly i wouldn't rush into getting married for that fact. Sometimes guys do that because they feel like it was the right thing to do. I'd just take the whole actually getting married part slow and see how he is as a father and partner when the baby is here and how you guys handle certain parenting.
