has anyone tried EVO pills ? * Evening Primose oil *

I have bought the 1000mg Primrose oil pills and not so sure on how to take them to help with starting out labor ? Well they aren't really supposed to help with labor but to make the cervix soften up. Has anyone tried the 1000mg & how did you take them if so ?

With my first baby (and plan to with this pregnancy) is to take one orally in the am and in the pm poke a hole in the pill and insert it vaginally.

They will only help soften the cervix IF your body is ready.
Just take a pill morning and evening. Some people insert one capsule vaginally before bed.
Of course, check with your doctor first.
