Accountability or pressure

I love my church family, but I am feeling a lot of pressure about attending service less than a week after being home from the hospital. I had a lady tell me she just wants to hold me accountable, but that seems more like pressure. It sure doesn't feel loving. Am I being unreasonable to want to wait a few weeks before taking my newborn and myself around so many people? It really is upsetting to see this side of people.
