Trigger! ttc after miscarriage.

Okay, so I have a 2 year old son and on this past Christmas eve I got a positive test, in early January I started bleeding so I went to the ER and I had two cysts but the baby was fine at the time, I ended up miscarrying a little over a week later, around 6-8weeks. I'm now on my second cycle since the miscarriage and I was wondering if anyone on here has gotten pregnant this soon? And if so was it a successful pregnancy? Is there anything I can do to try to prevent another loss? I'm sorry this is long and stuff, but thank you to anyone who replies!!💜💙💚
