Embarrassing..HELP!

So I was laying in my bed masturbating and my purse was on my bed. I got into it and the purse spilled and as soon as it toppled over, a bunch of change fell out. Some of them hit my vagina and a few of them went in.. I'm worried there might be one stuck?? I don't know. I've been trying to find out for the last hour and I've been freaking out. What do I do? I'm really worried and scared but I could be freaking out over nothing? Also what is the best way to sanitize myself after this awful accidental event. Please help!!!
