Insurance covered breast pump

Nancy
So I just received my breast pump. The only choices I had were a Ameda double breast pump (not sure which model exactly) and a Lansinoh Signature Pro double breast pump. I went with the Lansinoh. Retails for around $200. I really wanted a Medela. But whatever it is what it is. So I open the box and the receipt states they are charging my insurance a little over $500 for the Lansinoh!!!! I could have so gotten a Medela!! Should I call my insurance? This is ridiculous. I know it doesn't come out of my pocket but I'm tripping out on the fact that this company can charge my insurance this much for a cheaper brand breast pump. When I picked the breast pump they said I can buy a Medela out of my own pocket for $108!! I don't understand how this works. I've always hated our insurance and hate them even more now for falling for this. Seems kinda sketchy to me.
