sleepytime extra tea while bf
Someone gave me a box of sleepy time extra tea when I was pregnant but I chose not to drink it. Now LO is 9 months and I'd like to try it because I've had some trouble sleeping. Is it safe to drink while breastfeeding? I've tried to look it up and I see a lot of conflicting information about the valerian root in it making baby too drowsy.
