pcos and pregnancy symtoms

We have been ttc for about a year now, and I very rarely have periods, it can go from having them every month to having non for 6 months (which is so frustrating!!) the last 2-3 weeks my breasts are so sore it hurts to touch, I have had diarrhoea, I've gained weight & my appetite has increased.. I am constantly tired (I've been asleep for 7-8pm every night) I'm moody and irritable, and I feel sick at things that have never bothered me before like cigarette smoke.. I've taken a test and it says NEGATIVE :( .. shall I wait and take another or is this just my mind playing tricks on me xxx
