Help please...

I decided to let my fiance go at it, and do whatever he wanted with one of the condoms he liked cuz it had ridges.... well he eventually came, and it was in the condom (there were no tears or holes) well the condom came off, and was still inside me, and we both got scared. I'm on birth control, but I haven't been on the new one long enough, because the other one I was on almost killed me. I put my hand down there and some was dripping. What do I do? Idk if any got inside me.
