think I'm going crazy

I'm 100% convinced We've done it this month 🙏🏼 👶🏻 I keep feeling a weird niggling feeling in my lower stomach, backaches acid (mainly in my throat area which I've never had before) hungry but feeling to sicky to eat and the fact we had sex the morning before I got a very positive ovulation result and my ovulation cramps, but I don't know if I'm just imagining these symptoms and wishful thinking AF isn't till 7-8 days it's literally driving me crazy, I'm a care assistant so my job involves some lefting, so I really need to know soon as, as I don't want to put myself at risk 😫😫😫
