progesterone tablets????

I'm 5w5d I went in for an ultrasound after being in the er, dr said I have a blood clot that's bigger then gestational sack and he ordered me to be in bed rest and start taking progesterone pills all the way until I'm 11 weeks. My question to y'all is have you had them before any symptoms to be aware about???

Yes, I am taking them. My progesterone was fine but it is just precautionary due to previous loss. I take 100mg, 1 every night before bed. At first, they made me a little sleepy but not now. I still take before bed just so I keep in routine.

I was on progesterone suppositories from week 6 to 16 and there was no side effects. If your progesterone was low or they are putting you on supplements just to be sure you have enough progesterone to support baby then you should just have normal pregnancy symptoms. :) hope you have a happy 9 months!
