Submission/foreplay

I need help.... ive always been submissive and my current relationship is not D/s and i am not finishing but he is ive always had foreplay and roleplay and such with him sometimes we do foreplay and other times we dont. Recently we havent really. Him getting his part but not me. I dont know if to initiate, this would be a new thing to me. Also if i tell i dont want him to maybe feel bad or maybe think he isnt doing it right. Please help.
