cramps and brown discharge 10dpo, 4 days before expected period 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am having brown discharge when I wipe and experiencing some cramping. According to glow, I am 10dpo and 4 days before my missed period (I am not sure when I actually ovulated). Sometimes I get this kind of bleeding right before my period is about to start, but I believe I got a very faint positive on a pregnancy test yesterday morning. Does this sound like implantation bleeding? See below for tweaked faint positive ........ I am going to test again in the AM if AF does not come before then 😞
