How long after birth until you got your period again?

I am almost two months postpartum and have started bleeding - quite heavy. Now, I just got my IUD back in last Friday, so that could be it... I have a follow up appt on the 21st to check on it, but I am unsure if this could possibly be my period?

I exclusively breastfed my son and I still haven't got mine and I'm 10 months post partum

Third - 17 weeks

Everyone is different. I'm still nursing my 14 month old. That doesn't mean my cycles haven't returned. They are very regular

It's most likely bleeding from your IUD, depending on what one you got, it's a side affect of it.
