Nub theory...Help!

My sister and I have been trying to figure out the Nub Theory but we are both so confused. Same ultrasound at 12 weeks. Can someone help?! Anyone want to take a guess? I'm not even sure if you can see it. I'm so clueless about this whole thing. I think I'm making it harder than what it is.
