Anyone had spotting or bleeding in 1st trimester?

I'm about 6 weeks along but I've spotted the whole time. I didn't even know I was pregnant until this week because I never missed my period. I had an ultrasound and lab work today that im I'm waiting on. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had spotting or bleeding that's not ended up as a miscarriage. I dont have severe cramps or anything.

I've had bleeding since the beginning which happens still. Im now 33 weeks and was told I have a cervical polyp so Im guessing that may be the reason I was bleeding all along.

What does the spotting look like? I had brown discharge from week 5 to week 8. At one point there was a little pink spot on TP but my doctor told me it was from intercourse that previous night. Just keep an eye on it & if it starts getting heavy I would visit ER.
