Allergy durig pregnancy.. plz help

Hi ladies. Im 18 weeks pregnant and since 15 werks its gettint for me very hard to swallow i feel right side of my throat are swallowen and its getttig really hard to live with. Have u taking any allergy medicine during pregnancy and if es plz tell me which one. I will visit my doctor for sure but wanna know if any allergy med is safe during pregnancy. Or if u have any tips to relieve swallowen throat plz share. Plz share ur stories and thougts
