Swollen hands and joint pain, help!

So I'm 38 weeks and swelling recently started for me. I know it's normal in pregnancy but within the last week I've been noticing that I wake up with numb hands. It usually goes away in a few minutes after moving them around but the pain doesnt. The swelling also goes away after about an hour or once I get to moving around. I can tell that my knuckles are swollen and my hands hurt all the time. Sometimes I get a sharp shooting pain that goes up my arm as well. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this and what can I do to naturally help the issue? The pain is so bad sometimes I can't even close my hand or grasp something. Help!!
