Umm... question???

Okay, so my fiance and I were messing around in bed and for some reason I was turned on and it all went well until right after I had came. I laid down and less than 30 seconds afterwards I had to run to the bathroom puking my guts out for at least 30 minutes. I couldn't keep most food down for the rest of the day. Has this ever happened to anyone cause I am very confused and would like some opinions please.
