dogs sensing baby

So what are your thoughts on dogs being able to tell you're pregnant early on? I have a routine w my Husky: every night I brush my teeth etc. then when I get into bed he hops up and sprawls himself on my chest and licks my face cream. The last 3 nights he hasn't done that. He's hopped into bed and rested his head on my belly.... I got my BFP yesterday.... kinda strange!!! Do you think animals can sense this stuff? It's adorable :)
