What happens at the first pregnancy doctor's appointment

I have my first pre-natal visit today. I'm 7weeks+5 days. What should I expect?

They usually do an ultrasound, a pap, and blood work.  Make sure you don't pee right before you go in because they will make you pee in a cup.

In uk usually they just do the paperwork..blood n urine test..hight n weight measurenent...bp check ...thats it

Urine and blood testing, a Pap smear and pelvic exam. At my OB they did a breast exam as well. You'll probably have to go through a shit ton of medical history for both you and your spouse.

My prenatal all they did was talk about mine and my husndand health, ask if I wanted some test done in then any. Ask what hospital I wanted to deliver at then show me around the office give me some helpful papers and magazines then take my blood and urin then I was done. No ultrasound that day usually a prenatal is to get everything going then you schedule other apt to see the doctor.
