I have PCOS and today I'm 4w2d with our first baby. I've had some pretty bad cramping since a couple of days before I got our bfp. It's mainly on the left side, and sometimes on par with my period cramps/cyst cramps, which can get pretty bad. I've called and talked to a nurse twice and they keep reassuring me that it's normal, especially since I've had no spotting or bleeding, and I'm having my 2nd hcg test done tomorrow to make sure my levels are increasing. Am I worrying for no reason?
