healthy snacks??
Does anyone have a favorite snack during pregnacy that kept you "full".
The first half of my work day consists of working with boxes and sticky labels. I can't wash my hands to eat before a snack. I'm trying to find something that I don't have to touch the food, just the wrapper. I keep going back the the single row of chocolate covered dounuts, which I want to stop eating cause they are starting to taste plasticy (never did till I got pregnant)
I've tried granola bars but I can't finish them cause they upset my stomach.... I've done the bowl of fruit but kept dropping the fork...
Any suggestions???
