what to put baby in to sleep during the day-outgrowing rocker

We have always put our LO in a rocker to sleep in the during the day and evening before her last feed then up to her crib. But she's getting close to outgrowing the rocker 😳 I now have no idea what to put her in to nap during the day 🤔, I suppose it's part of her routine too, OMG. Can anyone advise?

Do you mean you take your lo's upstairs when they start to show signs of being tired? We only have a crib/cot upstairs. Sorry you can tell am a  1st time mum and only child growing up.

My baby takes a while to wind down to be able to nap so I take her upstairs, sometimes do a feed, then diaper change, read a book, then she gets white noise, a paci, and her lovey in the crib. It's about a 10-15 minute routine but it works for us! Also sometimes I give her a teether to chew on in her crib while she calms down and gets sleepy, then she usually falls asleep on her own. Good luck! Naps can be so tough!

Thanks gabby, typical thing she does though is come wide awake when I notice she's getting tired and move her. Perhaps I'll try taking her up to her nursery at nap time and wait with her till she falls asleep then leave to get some things done. Think I need to be thinking about sleep training, she's on the dot for day naps 11am and 2pm but evening nap is normally 5:30 till 9:30pm but last few days she's been fighting it and not sleeping till 8pm and waking at 9:30pm, think it's due to a leap
