Help Pls. trying to find male doctor for my boyfriend

So , my boyfriend and I have been living together now for almost 2 years and the problem is we hardly ever have sex...  Our sex life is non existent... I finally talked to him about and he said that it could be that his testosterone level is low... and he said he would need to find a doctor for it... Now I know nothing about the procedures of getting a doctor here as I  moved from England  to LA but my boyfriend said it is more complicated than England.  He also says , he hardly got any time to call or find a doctor because of his job, so I volunteered to look for him. Anyway he is very picky, he doesn't want Armenian/Persian or Chinese doctors. He also prefers younger ones...
