How long did it take for your baby to get some color?

How long did it take for your baby to get some color and for their eyes to settle in to their permanent cokor? My one week olds eyes are still greyish and she has absolutely NO melanin in her skin 😂 lol she could stay like this forever but just wanted to know... her dad has green/hazel eyes, Spanish and Black... and I am Black & Filipino w/ dark brown eyes. So it's just so cool to see our baby, we had no clue what we were gonna get lol

My brother is half white half Greek and he had dark blue eyes and pale skin as a baby. When he got older his eyes turned light blue gray and he has darker skin. During the summer is is really dark .

My daughter is black/white/Mexican. She was born with dark eyes and dark pin straight hair with Snow White skin. By about 6 weeks she got her curls and started getting a little bit of color and her eyes went back and forth between brown and a deep green. By about 6 months her eyes stayed brown and summers have progressively made her darker. She's 11 now.

My daughter is black/white. I'm white and daddy is black. I figured her eyes would be brown but she didn't even give me a chance to wonder what color they would be because she came out with the darkest brown eyes!! They were never grey! She has light brown skin and even that hasn't changed at all. She left me no room to wonder lol

With my son we thought his eyes were going to stay blue like mine but a couple of months ago (he's 2 1/1) they turned green like his daddy's.

Idk about skin bc we're white haha but my daughter is two and I'm still waiting to see if her eyes change. Her dad and I both have hazel eyes, though his are more green and mine are more blue. Our daughter has BRIGHT blue eyes. I'm interested to see if they stay that way or change as she gets older!

Awe congrats! Let us know how that goes. I'm looking forward to what my son will look like as well. I'm full Filipino but his daddy is as white as can be with a mixture of Caucasian, Spanish, Indian & Japanese with blueish/greenish eyes.
